About Eurocept Group

The Eurocept Group is committed to simplify the therapeutic relation between physicians and patients, by offering products and services that answer to pharmaceutical, technology and nursing needs in medical care.

History:

1988: Establishment of Klinerva B.V. (acquired in 2002 by the Eurocept Group)

2001: Establishment of Eurocept B.V.

  • Pharmaceutical company
  • Specialised wholesaler for hospital medicines
  • Development of marketing and sales activities
  • Acquisition of product files, in-licensing and distribution agreements

2003: Pre-wholesaling and start of pharmaceutical  care services

  • Abbott: Synagis
  • Roche: Neorecormon, Pegasys, Fuzeon

2004: Establishment of Pharma-Care B.V.

  • Certified and registered nurses, national coverage
  • Administration and instruction of injectable medicines
     

2006: Move to  a brand new office complex including an in-house warehouse at Trapgans 5 in Ankeveen, the Netherlands

2007: Acquisition of Xytron Medical, specialized in TENS and nebulizers

2009: Name change

  • Per 1st January 2009, Klinerva B.V. and Pharma-Care B.V. act under the name Eurocept Homecare. Eurocept B.V. continues under the name Eurocept Pharmaceuticals. A third company is founded under the name Eurocept International, focusses on marketing Rapydan and other anesthesia products in Europe (including CEE) and China.

2010: Meanwhile, The Eurocept Group has grown into a professional organisation, in which more than  100 employees are active in the BeNeLux and the rest of Europe.
